Prepare before asking
- Use the Latin name if possible, plus common English/Russian/Greek names if you know them.
- Decide whether seedlings, cuttings, grafted plants, or mature plants are acceptable.
- Write the preferred pot size and maximum transport size.
- Have a photo of the plant and a photo of where it will be planted.
Avoid buying the wrong thing
